Ballykilcavan Brewing Company

Ballykilcavan brewery is based at Ballykilcavan Farm near Stradbally in Co. Laois, the home of the Walsh family for 13 generations since 1639. All the beers are brewed in a 240 year old stone grainstore with water and barley sourced from the farm.
