Family has been the foundation of Skellig Jam, with the utilisation of Richies Grandmothers recipes at the heart of the business. All jams, marmalades and sauces are homemade using the traditional small batch method. All preserves are made by hand in open pots to ensure an enhanced flavour. Only the highest quality ingredients are sourced and used within each product.
