Knockanore Farmhouse Cheese - Traditional Cheese Company

We are a small family-run Artisan cheese producer based in Knockanore, Co. Waterford. Founded by Eamonn Lonergan in 1987, we have been producing handmade quality cheddar cheese for nearly 40 years now. Our range includes our signature raw milk mature cheddar cheeses available in oakwood smoked, white or red which. These are all made from the milk produced by our own pedigree Friesian herd, which is also managed by our family. Several years ago we diversified our product range and we now also offer a range of flavoured pasteurised cheddars under a separate brand called Bride Valley.
