I created Blasta Delights in 2021, having first created my crystallised ginger back in 2016 in Canada. It is a completely different taste experience to the commercial crystallised ginger that you find in the cooking aisle of the supermarkets. I use organic Peruvian ginger in my products and a range of other quality ingredients like raw cane sugar. Peruvian ginger is three times as spice flavour than regular Chinese ginger, so a little goes a long way.
