Murphy's Craft Butchers was established in 1909 and are now in our 5th Generation of Master Butchers. We have our own abattoir and use only local farmers for our buying all our beef and lamb. We Dry Age all our beef in full sides for a minimum 21 days and then break down into primal cuts and further dry age our beef up to 120 days. We have won several awards throughout our history with the Acbi, Butchery Excellence and are recommended for many years now by the McKenna Guides. We are also proud members of the Irish Butchers Guild. We strive as a family business to offer great local products to all our customers who travel to taste the best possible dry aged steaks in Ireland.
