The Daily Apron

We are the first artisan bakery in Lisburn City offering real bread and hand crafted sweet treats. Our motto is Cake and Kindness and we feel we are a community asset supporting sustainable wellbeing through real bread and baking masterclasses. Cathy, our head baker, is self taught and has returned to set up the bakery following an acquired brain injury from an accident in our cafe kitchen. Cathy has won world bread award for NI in 2020 and gold for her sourdough in 2022 at the world bread awards. Baking is our superpower and aprons are our capes.
