Jack and Kevin founded Wexford Sea Salt with a passion for restoring the traditional craft of sea salt making on the Wexford coast. Using seawater from the Irish Sea, their salt is created naturally with the help of the sun and wind, then carefully hand-harvested to preserve its distinctive crystals and natural mineral character. Wexford Sea Salt combines tradition, nature and innovation, from the Sunny South East, their artisan sea salt is produced in small batches with patience, care and respect for the environment.
