Jinnys Bakery

Jinny's Bakery was established in 2003 as a small artisian bakery specialising in homemade brown bread, scones and carrot cakes. The main aim at the time was to supplement income for an existing self catering cottage business that was on the same site. The popularity of the bakery was so great that within a few years it was out performing the cottage business. Sinead's husband joined the team in 2007 and grew the business further. It is now producing a wide range of products including bread mixes, granola, croutons and scone mixes.
