Co-Founders Shannon Forrest and Michelin Star trained Chef, Declan Malone launched Rivesci in September 2019 at the Clonmel Applefest. After successfully trading at Savour Kilkenny, Applefest Abbeyleix, Ballymaloe and Dunbrody House and at various weekly farmers' markets Rívesci has set up a more permanent base in Clonmel and have now pivoted their business to become full time condiment makers.
