Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers is a 100% family-owned business. We are farmers and farmhouse cheesemakers, and since 1984 we have been making cheese on Beechmount Farm, in the heart of rural Tipperary. Cashel Blue is an original recipe, uniquely made and matured by our family, using traditional cheesemaking methods. The quality of local milk combined with careful maturation, gives our cheeses their rich creaminess and subtle flavours.
