Dromod Boxty is a family run Artisan bakery based in Dromod, Co. Leitrim. Established by Timmy and Angela Faughnan in their family home in 1990. Using locally sourced ingredients Dromod Boxty has been producing delicious homemade Boxty, Potato Bread and Pancakes and delivering them all over the West, Midlands and now exporting to NI and the States. This year Dromod Boxty is turning 30, now in its second generation with Daughter Aine taking over in 2015.
