We are a 5th generation family farm in Co. Offaly where we harvest Rosehips, Elderberries, Damsons, Elderflowers, Gorse, Rowanberries, Sloes, Spring Nettles, Blackberries, Honeysuckle to make syrups, sauces, fruit cheeses, jellies and pontack. We strive to recreate a taste of the past, recipes that were used in a bygone era. All our wild berries, flowers & herbs are handpicked by the whole family & our products are handmade in small batches.
