The Dingle Distillery is an independent, family-owned distillery located on the edge of the scenic town of Dingle, Co. Kerry. They are the first purpose-built distillery for whiskey in over 200 years in Ireland. We are not in the business of creating megabrands, nor do we distil for anyone else. Our scale is modest and our approach to what we make is essentially artisan.
