Sustainable hand harvesting Northern Irish Seaweeds on the pristine coastal waters at Derryogue Bay. Our ancestors were custodians of the shore with kelp rights for agriculture purposes. Traditionally they foraged for shoulk, carregeen moss and kelp and used this as a cure for coughs and colds. Toady we have brought this tradition back to life.
