Pasta Fresca! was cooked up by Stella, who was imported to Ireland thirteen years ago from the beautiful city of Florence in Tuscany, and David, a Sligo native from the foot of Queen Maeve's Knocknarea. Using a combination of natural Irish produce and traditional Italian pasta-making techniques, we transform our locally sourced ingredients into a variety of delicious pasta shapes and accompanying sauces for you to cook and enjoy at home.
