Opened during the pandemic by David Loughran and Sarah Dale, Vittle bakeshop is an entirely naturally leavened affair. Everything from the breads to the doughnuts to the croissants are free from commericial yeast. Showcasing the best of Irish produce with an inventive approach to refining traditional methods, the small team in the North Coast are just getting started.
