Ridgeway Wagyu

Ridgeway Farm is a family farm in Co. Wicklow where cattle are fed grass, olive feed and chocolate to produce premium quality Irish Wagyu Beef. Ridgeway Farm is the only farm in Ireland producing Olive Fed Wagyu renowned for an intense marbled appearance which results in a tender and juicy meat with a distinctive, delicious flavour. Ridgeway Wagyu Beef is fully traceable from Farm to Fork. Ridgeway Farm is a certified member of the Bord Bia, Origin Green Programme.
