Macroom Buffalo Cheese

Macroom Buffalo has Ireland's first herd of milking water Buffalo. The Farm is owned by Buffalo farmer Johnny and his wife Geraldine. We produce a variety of cheeses including Mozzarella, Greek style salad cheese, Bocconcini, Burrata and Buffaloumi, as well as a range of yogurt.
