Eat Unique

Eat Unique was created in 2015 by local couple Nigel So & Celine Folan. With a passion for food they set about developing a creative and healthy food concept for the midlands with a focus on local, seasonal and high quality produce. With Nigel's Asian roots they have created a unique foodie offering in their little cafe with many Asian elements running through their menu. One of their signature salads combines Asian flavours to create their very popular Peanut Asian Dressing. At their customers request, they bottled this dressing and since then they have developed an Original Asian & Mild Spicy Asian version. They now have their trio of dressings stocked in a number of shops locally. Their newest creation is a Peanut Rayu which they plan to have stocked in shops soon!
