Listoke Distillery Limited

Listoke Distillery is a family owned and run craft gin distillery in the Boyne Valley in the heart of Ireland's East. We pride ourselves in our gin and our gin school and enjoy bringing the public in to give them an afternoon developing and distilling their bespoke bottle of gin. We have just recently launched our Wise Owl Whiskey from Co. Louth that has been finished in Imperial stout casks and virgin oak giving a very smooth yet solid sipping whiskey that is also great in cocktails.
